The Evening of Elegance was exactly what its name promised—an evening filled with elegance, celebration, and community.
Hosted by the Daytona Beach Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the event brought together guests dressed to impress at the Renaissance by Marriott in Daytona Beach.
From beautiful gowns and sharp tuxedos to heartfelt moments and plenty of dancing, the evening was one for the books. It was an honor to capture all the smiles, laughter, and memories made throughout the night.

There’s something special about photographing clients through multiple chapters of their lives.
I’ve had the honor of photographing Melissa and her husband from their engagement session to their wedding day, and now as they prepare to welcome their baby boy.
Since the nursery is dinosaur-themed, Dunlawton Sugar Mill Gardens was the perfect location with its famous dinosaur statues. It was such a fun way to tie their maternity session into this exciting new adventure.
Seeing these two become parents has been such a joy, and I can’t wait to meet the little guy who inspired this dino-themed session.

The beach is always a good idea, especially when the whole family is together.
The Banker family gathered for a beach session that included grandparents, their son and daughter-in-law, and their sweet grandson. We had beautiful weather, plenty of smiles, and lots of opportunities to capture the love between generations.
Some of my favorite images from the session were the candid moments—the hugs, laughs, and little interactions that tell the real story of a family.

50 Never Looked So Good
When Treeca told me she wanted portraits to celebrate turning 50, I was all in. This milestone deserved more than just a party—it deserved photos that she could look back on for years to come.
She showed up looking absolutely stunning in black with touches of silver and gold, giving all the classy birthday vibes. We captured beautiful portraits of her and even snuck in some sweet moments with her husband.
One thing I love about milestone sessions is that they remind us to celebrate ourselves. Life moves fast, and too often we’re the ones behind the camera. Treeca took the time to document this chapter, and I’m so glad she did.

Cheers to 21
I may be a little biased, but this was one of my favorite sessions.
My baby girl officially turned 21, and we celebrated with a fun portrait session to mark the occasion. Kam wore a gorgeous maroon dress that looked amazing on her, and while she doesn’t drink alcohol, we included a wine glass as a playful nod to turning 21.
As a mom, it’s hard to put into words what it feels like watching your child grow up. One minute you’re holding their hand on the first day of school, and the next you’re taking their 21st birthday portraits.
I’m incredibly proud of the young woman she’s become, and I’m grateful we took the time to document this milestone.
