Beautiful Moms, Beautiful Sisterhood: A Special Day with the Daytona Beach Area Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
There is something truly special about getting a group of beautiful, accomplished, and dedicated women together for one purpose: to celebrate motherhood, sisterhood, connection, and the memories they are creating together with their children in the community.
I recently had the honor of photographing the amazing moms of the Daytona Beach Area Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. for their annual group photo session, and it was such a beautiful experience.
As a photographer, I always believe that people who spend so much time creating memories, serving others, and pouring into their families and communities deserve to be in the photos too. These portraits are more than just tradition, they document the hard working mothers, love, and leadership.
During this session, it was wonderful to see the connection among these women. Everyone looked absolutely stunning! Years from now, these photographs will serve as more than a record of what everyone looked like on this day but will tell the story of a group of women/moms who support one another and their children, families and community. Absolutely gorgeous!

Virtual Portraits: Celebrating a new book and survival story of Marli Blackman
Some clients come into your life for a season, and others become part of your photography journey in ways you never could have imagined.
In 2020, during a time when the world was navigating uncertainty and finding new ways to stay connected, I had the opportunity to photograph the wonderful Marli Blackman virtually. Like so many photographers, I was learning how to adapt during COVID, and virtual photography became one of the creative ways I could continue doing what I loved—capturing people and the stories behind them.
Little did I know that what started as a virtual photo session would become a beautiful client relationship that would continue through the years.
Since then, I have continued to capture Marli through remote headshots and other photography sessions, even from a distance. Technology may allow us to be miles apart, but it has never stopped us from creating images that reflect who she is and the incredible story she has to share.
This time, however, we had an especially meaningful reason to celebrate.
Marli is celebrating the release of her new book, “From Diagnosis to Survival: Then, Now and Beyond.”
What an honor it is to be able to capture this chapter of her journey.
As a photographer, I often say that photographs are about so much more than simply taking pictures. They document moments, milestones, growth, and stories that deserve to be remembered. This session was a reminder of just that.
We were not simply creating new headshots. We were celebrating strength, perseverance and survival while documenting a story that will hopefully inspire others who may be walking through difficult seasons of their own.
Looking back to that first virtual session in 2020, we’re reminded of how much can change in just a few years. Marli’s journey is a beautiful example of why I believe photography is so important. Life unfolds so quickly and new chapters begin fast.
Marli, thank you for trusting me from that very first virtual session in 2020 until now. Thank you for continuing to allow me to capture your headshots, your milestones, and now this incredible celebration surrounding your new book.
It has truly been a blessing to watch and capture your journey.
Congratulations on your book. May the Lord continue to bless you and keep you while providing you strength and willingness to continue to share your story and help others. You are an angel on Earth for so many and deserve to be celebrated.

Celebrating 25 Years of Love: Brenda & Patrick’s Beautiful Vow Renewal on Aug, 25th, 2023
On August 25, 2023, I had the honor of capturing a truly beautiful celebration of love, commitment, and 25 wonderful years of marriage as Brenda and Patrick renewed their vows surrounded by the people who love them most.
Their original wedding was not the big celebration they had dreamed of, so 25 years later, they decided it was the perfect time to celebrate their love in a special way. And what a beautiful celebration it was!
Brenda and Patrick stood together once again and renewed the promises they made to one another all those years ago. There was so much love, joy, laughter, and emotion in the room as everyone came together to celebrate the journey they have shared.
They looked absolutely amazing! Every detail of the day reflected the beauty of their love and the significance of reaching such an incredible milestone together.
As a photographer, I love being able to capture moments like these because they tell such an important story. A wedding is beautiful, but there is something incredibly special about celebrating a love that has stood the test of time. Now, twenty-eight years later of love, memories, victories and growth they still are one of my favorite couples.
I’m still so grateful I had the opportunity to document this special milestone for Brenda and Patrick. These are the moments that deserve to be captured, preserved, and shared forever.
Congratulations to Brenda and Patrick on celebrating 28 beautiful years of marriage! Thank you for trusting me to capture such a meaningful chapter in your love story. ❤️

90th Birthday Celebration
A Life Well Lived: Celebrating 90 Wonderful Years
Ninety years is more than a milestone—it’s a legacy.
Recently, I had the incredible honor of photographing a beautiful woman as she celebrated her 90th birthday surrounded by family and friends who love her deeply. The room was filled with laughter, heartfelt stories, warm embraces, and countless reminders of the impact she has made throughout her life.
One of the things I love most about event photography is witnessing generations come together. Children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, and friends all gathered to celebrate a woman whose life has touched so many people. It was a beautiful reminder that the greatest gift we have is the love we share with others.
As family members spoke about her strength and wisdom there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. Every smile, every hug, and every heartfelt moment told the story of a life well lived.
While the decorations, food, and celebration itself were beautiful, the photographs become the lasting keepsakes. Years from now, family members will be able to revisit these images and remember not only what the day looked like, but how it felt.
It was truly a blessing to document this remarkable celebration and preserve these memories for generations to come.

Recently, I had the joy of photographing a beautiful couple as they marked their second anniversary, and it was a reminder that love is worth documenting at every stage.
Anniversary sessions are about more than taking photos. They are about preserving a chapter of your story. The laughter, the quiet moments, the way you look at each other when no one else is paying attention—those are the details that deserve to be captured and remembered.
It was clear that their connection had grown strong over the last two years. The comfort they shared, the inside jokes, and the genuine smiles made every image feel full of life.
Life moves quickly. Before you know it, two years becomes ten, then twenty. Having professional photographs allows you to look back and remember exactly what this season of life felt like.
Whether you’re celebrating one year, two years, or fifty years together, don’t wait for a major milestone to document your love story. Every chapter matters, and every chapter deserves to be remembered.
