Mr. Poitier’s Surprise Retirement Celebration

Celebrating a legend: Mr. Poitier’s Surprise Retirement

I had honor of photographing the surprise retirement party for Mr. Poitier, a true musical genius and the Bethune-Cookman University Marching Wildcats Associate Director for 45 years. The room hummed with gratitude as speeches honored his impact on students, colleagues, and family. His passion, leadership, and lifelong dedication was evident in every moment. Congratulations on your retirement Mr. P!  Your inspiration will echo in the band room and field for generations.
